Are there special member prices?
Currently, all of our prices are member prices.
What are good/appropriate Retirement or Graduation gifts?
Our Laser Pen Sets, any of our Aviation Prints or Class Prints, AOG or AFA Patches, either the Wood or Marble Plaque, the USAFA Coin or Honor Medallion are nice gifts, we have an assortment of Books including the Spirit and Flight coffee table style book and Jewelry including the Polaris Lapel Pin. Because such gifts are very personal, what you purchase depends on the person receiving the gift (and how much you want to spend on the gift).
Who can purchase a cadet saber?
We sell sabers ONLY to persons who are both graduates of the Air Force Academy and members of the Association of Graduates.
Do you sell saber the mounting box?
No, But one local source is Bob Wells (Wellco Manufacturing). He can be contacted at (719)495-2093.
How do the youth hooded sweatshirt sizes run?
Small=size 6-8; Medium= size10-12; Large= size12-16; and Extra Large=16-18
Do the adult sweatshirts shrink?
The sweatshirts are generously cut and very rarely shrink.
Do the Cadet T-shirts shrink?
Because they are 100% cotton, they have been known to shrink after a couple of times in the dryer.
Can I order cadet Jackets, Patches, Parkas, Book bags, Robes, etc?
Yes, those are also special order Items. Call the AOG customer service department (719)472-0300 and request any of those Items. We will then see if it is available. If it is an item we do not normally carry, we will contact you with the cost before we procure it.
How many characters can be on each line of the Laser Pen Set case?
The font is adjusted to fit your requested message; however, the more characters you request on one line the smaller the font.
Can I have just one crest on the Laser Pen Set case?
Yes, it is not required to have two crests but you have that option if you so desire.
How long does it take to receive the Laser Pen Sets?
Since the Laser Pen Set is a special order item it usually takes two to four weeks unless other wise specified.
How long will it take to get special order Items?
The special order items are shipped between two and six weeks of the order date unless otherwise specified. If the item is not available, you will be notified.
What do I do if the shipping address is different form my billing address?
Our merchandise program allows you to enter the shipping address along with an appropriate telephone number if these are different from the billing address.
How will my order be shipped to me?
We use FedEx and USPS for all our shipping.
How long will it take my order to be shipped to me?
If none of the items are backordered or special order items, we try to ship all orders within one week.
What does the shipping and handling fee cover?
The Shipping and Handling charge covers the cost of shipping, packaging material, and the labor involved in packaging the order.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all Major Credit Cards including Discover and American Express.
