Shipping Information
Orders placed during business hours before 10:00 am MST will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders after 10:00 a.m. are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders with a street address are shipped via FedEx 2 Day, unless overnight shipping is selected at checkout. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are shipped via USPS.

Overnight shipping is an additional $15. Not available for APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Box addresses. Not available on holidays or weekends. Not available for customized items.
Overseas shipping is available to APO, FPO and DPO addresses only.

Cadet Zoomie Delivery Service
Use your Family Plan Membership to purchase gear for a cadet or cadet candidate and have it delivered directly to USAFA or the USAFA Prep School! Deliveries are made weekly (see schedule below).
When logged in as a Family Plan Member, the Zoomie Delivery Service option will appear at checkout. Please include all requested information with your order. The cadet or cadet candidate will be contacted via email and text when their order is ready for pick-up at the designated location.
Delivery Schedule & Locations:
- Cadet Area:
- Monday & Wednesday: 2:30–3:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:00–10:30 AM
- Pick-up Location: Bottom of the Commandant’s Stairwell, NW corner of Fairchild Hall, diagonal from the Amazon locker/mail room.
- Prep School:
- Tuesday: 3:30–4:30 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Pick-up Location: By the F-100 aircraft, near the community center side of the Prep School area.
