Amy C. Childs is a seasoned executive coach and business leader, and the founder of Align Executive Coaching, where she loves to help others dream big. Her expertise lies in asking challenging questions to help others see things they cannot. 

Amy is a 1994 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and Texas A&M University. She uses her certificate in emotional intelligence and change management to serve in leadership positions and help women in business, the coaching community, and the military. 

Amy loves to spend time with her adult children and cherished being called Omie by her grandchildren. Her life is anchored by Jesus Christ and His faithfulness.
