Contrails

Contrails is a small book that is issued to each cadet upon in-processing in June of the first year noted.  That class would graduate 4 years after that date.

Each issue contains facts and information that every Air Force Academy cadet should know and must be memorized during Basic Cadet Training.  Upperclassmen can quiz Doolies (freshmen) on this knowledge at any time.  Each issue is slightly different as the people and aircraft contained in its cover's changes.  It's not advisable to try to memorize an edition prior to in-processing.
